I’m a 27 year old who loves the outdoors, and I try my best to capture its beauty for others to experience too. My hope is that this experience will inspire folks to explore for themselves, to see the great outdoors through their own lenses... because have you seen it out there? It’s pretty amazing.

I first picked up a camera when I was 16. I indefinitely "borrowed" my sisters camera to take on hikes up to the mountains of NC/TN. This grew into a passion which fed my desire to explore more and more places with the camera. I started a Instagram page for my pictures and that led to some great connections and publicity, including landing 2 separate cover photos in Our State Magazine.

I have since had the opportunity to be featured in multiple publications including Blue Ridge Outdoors, Rock and Ice Magazine, Outside Online, and Charlotte Luxury Home Magazine.

 

Photography isn’t my career. I am a full-time firefighter in the Piedmont of NC. I also thoroughly enjoy being a volunteer member of a mountain rescue team as well, which allows me to lend a helping hand to my fellow adventurer.
